I’m sure we will all miss eating Italian cuisine for two weeks. We are going to bring the Italian cooking to you! Chef Claudio is going to teach everyone how to make a delectable Piemontese dish in a Webinar Seminar. Students will have a chance to cook and interact with each other from an Italian master chef, from your kitchen, to Italy’s kitchen. Maybe next year we can meet them in Acqui Terme.
