Getting to Acqui Terme

✈ Airport and Shuttle 🚌

• Participants fly into ✈ Milan - Malpensa Airport (MXP).
• InterHarmony International Music Festival provides a complimentary private shuttle bus from ✈ Milan Malpensa Airport at the beginning and end of theSession I and Two Italy. Be careful when booking your flights to make sure you are booking them to Milan Malpensa, the largest airport in Milan. More information about the shuttle and meeting spot will be sent out in the June newsletter.
• 🚌 Shuttle Times:

• Arrival Shuttles from ✈ Milan Malpensa Airport to Acqui Terme, Alessandria, Piemonte, Italy. (Makes stops at all hotels):
  Session I: July 1 at 12:00pm (noon)
  Session II: July 15 at 12:00pm (noon)
• The festival recommends participants book flights with an arrival time of at least 2 hours before the shuttle.


• For one half-hour prior to the 🚌 shuttle's departure, beginning at 11:30am, a festival representative will be at Terminal 1 at Milan Malpensa Airport to greet festival participants and guide them to the 🚌 shuttle.


• Departure Shuttles from Acqui Terme, Alessandria, Piemonte, Italy to ✈ Milan Malpensa Airport:
  Session I: July 13 at 6:00am
  Session II July 27 at 6:00am
• Festival recommends participants book flights that depart with at least 2 to 3 hours of breathing room after the ETA at the airport in case of delays.
• Approximate travel time from Acqui Terme to the ✈ Airport is 2 hours.


• The orchestra concert in Session I will take place on the evening of July 11, 2025. The final concerts are throughout the entire day on July 12, 2025, followed by the Big Party.
  
  
• The orchestra concert in Session II will take place on the evening of July 25, 2025. The final concerts are throughout the entire day on July 26, 2025, followed by the Big Party.
  
  

*Please note: If unable to meet the arrival and departure times of the 🚌 shuttle service, participants of the festival are responsible for their own transportation and the costs incurred.
